Along with photography, I am an avid cook. Here are some of my culinary creations. Disclaimer: most of the plates I’ve post are NOT my recipe. They are typically recipes from America’s Test Kitchen and Gordon Ramsay’s F Word videos. Why? Why not! Why not learn to cook by making food that work and have been tested, especially in the case of America’s Test Kitchen. But I do have some of my own recipe/creations on here. I will note the origins of the dish.
